Hike and Play - Game Room/Large Kitchen/King Bed

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a security camera on site and can see if people outside your group come into the house. This will result in the immediate cancelation of your reservation with no refund. Do not tamper with or cover cameras. Parking is available in the driveway or right in front of the house if the spot is open (it usually is). The driveway is steep, so please park carefully. We run on septic, so please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else down the toilet. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come to make repairs. Please make sure you have a photo of you in your profile to book. Please message me with the number of guests you are bringing, a little about you and your guests, and the purpose of your visit. If you use the dryer, please clean out the lint trap. You do not need to make the bed because we will be washing the sheets after you check out. Monitoring of the unit is for both our safety and yours. We DO use decibel sensors, smart sensors to detect tobacco and/or marijuana, and ring cameras only on the front of the property. Please, no glitter in the house. It's almost impossible to clean. Thank you Other things to note The house is NOT within walking distance of any restaurants or shopping (except for a small store at the end of the road), but Uber and LYFT are available if you don't have a car. It is about 5 miles from markets and restaurants. If you enjoy a morning walk or jog, then the hills will add a little extra vigor to your day. If you like to hike mountains, there are beautiful hiking trails close by. Stoney Point and Rocky Peak are nearby and have areas to hike and rock climb. If you take a walk up the street and then turn right to the top of the street, you will usually see beautiful wild peacocks. The Village in Woodland Hills and the Commons in Calabasas (upscale outdoor shopping mall with restaurants) are close by as well as Porter Ranch. Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Please message us if you plan to check in after 9 pm Check-out is anytime before 11:00 am. Your satisfaction is our top priority! This home is in a high wind area and on occasion, the power will be cut off if winds are too high. If we know about this in advance we will let you know. If the power is cut off during your stay, we do not offer any refunds except for the actual day the power is cut off. This is a rare occasion, but we want you to know it's a possibility. The guests have access to the entire house, a small back yard with a table and 6 chairs off of the downstairs bedroom and garage ( game room) with board games, Pac Man Machine with 14 games, backgammon, chess, ping pong, foosball, pop a shot (basketball) chess, checkers, other games, and a poker table and 10 chairs. Guest do not have access to the owner's personal property which is marked as such.
