This home is in a quiet neighborhood we we ask you to be respectful to the neighbors. Please drive up and down the street slowly We require a photo in your profile to book. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have security cameras on site (outside front of house) and can see if people outside your group come into the house. This will result in the immediate cancelation of your reservation with no refund. Do not tamper with or cover cameras. We run on septic, so please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else down the toilet. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come to make repairs. Please message us with the number of guests you are bringing, a little about you and your guests, and the purpose of your visit. If you use the dryer, please clean out the lint trap. We value your feedback, so feel free to message us with any reasonable requests, and we'll gladly accommodate them. Please make sure you have your photo in your profile to book, and you book with the correct number of people. Enjoy your stay! Check out by 11AM. Self check-in with keypad. We had a wonderful stay at the Howdy House! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly welcoming. The hosts were very hospitable and even provided bottled water and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The space itself is lovely and comfortable, making it a pleasure to stay in. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend the Howdy House to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Unique and beautiful home! Very comfortable beds and bedding. Very fun game room. Well-stocked. Easily sleeps eight. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Outdoor jacuzzi. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely like to stay there again on my next visit to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Howdy House. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized, and we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Stacee was an excellent host, very responsive, friendly, and helpful from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We spent New Year's Eve at their place. The house is beautiful, with lots of games to keep us entertained. The backyard is also huge and features a jacuzzi, fire pit, etc. even though there are houses nearby, it felt very private. The hosts were very responsive and the listing was accurate. Everything was in great condition, and we had an amazing time.

The extra long driveway easily accommodated our 5 vehicles. The inside and outside gathering areas also allowed our family of 8 to comfortably hang out, and there was great flow between common areas as well. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Nice touches inside the home like clearly labeled cabinets, drawers, etc. Shower amenities were provided. Bathroom towels were luxurious and plentiful. We appreciated the extra supplies like plenty of kitchen garage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. We really enjoyed sitting outside drinking our coffee (or wine), listening to music and watching the Cardinals who visited us in the morning. The TVs were amazing and located throughout the house. Several in our party really enjoyed the game room space as well. This is a great space for a larger group who wants to gather and spend time together.
