This home is in a quiet neighborhood we we ask you to be respectful to the neighbors. Please drive up and down the street slowly We require a photo in your profile to book. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have security cameras on site (outside front of house) and can see if people outside your group come into the house. This will result in the immediate cancelation of your reservation with no refund. Do not tamper with or cover cameras. We run on septic, so please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else down the toilet. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come to make repairs. Please message us with the number of guests you are bringing, a little about you and your guests, and the purpose of your visit. If you use the dryer, please clean out the lint trap. We value your feedback, so feel free to message us with any reasonable requests, and we'll gladly accommodate them. Please make sure you have your photo in your profile to book, and you book with the correct number of people. Enjoy your stay! Check out by 11AM. Self check-in with keypad. We stayed at the Howdy House while visiting Bastrop for my son's wedding. The House was amazing! The decorating was darling, it was clean and everything functioned as expected, and there were so many kind touches....snacks in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, etc. And communication with Stacee was easy...she is very responsive. I would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect location for a work trip and team building. The home is inviting and fun with lots to do and relaxing vibe. The home is clean and comfortable with everything provided. Enjoyed grilling each day. This was our second stay and we would choose this home again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Howdy House! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly welcoming. The hosts were very hospitable and even provided bottled water and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The space itself is lovely and comfortable, making it a pleasure to stay in. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend the Howdy House to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
